Insurance Billing

As a courtesy, we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf for services rendered. Please note that verifying benefits is not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company.

Treatment Estimates

Any treatment plan provided by our office is an estimate based on your insurance benefits and is subject to change once claims are processed.
If you require an exact payment calculation, a pre-treatment estimate can be submitted to your insurance company upon request. (Processing takes 6-8 weeks)

Co-Payment Policy

Your estimated co-payment is due in full on the day of treatment. If your insurance plan does not pay within 120 days, you are responsible for the outstanding balance.

Refunds

If your insurance pays more than expected, we will issue a refund promptly.

Please remember that your dental insurance plan is an agreement between you, your employer, and your insurance provider. Dental insurance is not designed to cover all your dental needs—it serves as an aid for preventive and restorative care.
